First Priority Bank of Malvern names Kathy Moore President
of its
Bucks County Market
MALVERN, PA—August 20, 2008—First Priority Bank of Malvern, PA, has named Kathy Moore President of its Bucks County market. Moore, who served as Chief Lending Officer of Prestige Community Bank in Newtown, PA, from its opening in March 2007 through its merger with First Priority in February 2008, brings 30 years of commercial banking experience to her post.
Prior to joining Prestige Community Bank, Moore spent 13 years at Firstrust Bank, where she developed and managed the Business Banking Department and served as a Senior Credit Officer. Moore’s additional management positions in commercial lending have included team leader roles at PSFS and Fidelity Bank.

Moore is active in several non-profit and community organizations, serving on the boards of both Briar Bush Nature Center and the Philadelphia chapter of the Risk Management Association. She holds a degree from Holy Family University and resides in Abington, PA.
